I am so impressed with this physician. I am a retired Registered Nurse and have been seeing Dr. Jones for several years. She listens to my complaints and gives me choices to participate in my care. I must have had a follow appointment for my 14 year old and never received a courtesy reminder call or anything... Therefore we forgot and missed the appointment now the office is trying to charge us $25 for this! We have a million things going on in our lives and all of our other doctor offices call us and remind us of all appointments as a courtesy. We never miss any of them.

I have been trying to call the office to make an appointment for 4 days.The # 2 option rings one time and goes to a busy signal. What do I Have to do to Make an Appointment with Dr. Evans. This is frustrating when my prescriptions have expired.
