I was really impressed because usually you know that car dealers don't have the best reputations. But this really surpassed any reasonable expectations.
I fell on really hard times last year. I had been to a dozen places but due to recent divorce left dramactic impact on my credit. My truck was about to be repossed in days.
Art and his company took me under their wing, told me what to do until they had my truck ready. Ordered me a key faob and fixed minor seat tears and everything.
Art even took me to turn my old truck in for a voluntary reposession. I didnt even have to deal with the other dealership, he handled it all.
Then I had to suddenly leave down, my boyfriend was able to call Kimmy and still make payments while I was out of town and she even turned car off so we didnt have to worry about an ex trying to steal it.
This company cares out their good customers. Always very friendly and professional. I know I can count on them again if I need. i was referred to them but a friend that had the same experiences I did.
I don't usually write these opinions but after reading some these reviews, I wanted to provide my opinion.
I purchased a 2004 Minnie Van for $7995.00 from Patriot Auto at 3554 N Military Hwy, Norfolk, VA 23518, number (757) 853-0001 in March of 2012. My payments were $160.00 every 2 weeks. My payment was due on 1/11/13, I missed that payment. I told my agent Kimmy @ Patriot Auto I would pay a double Payment on 1/24/13 totaling $360.00 for the payment coming up 1/25/13.
On Saturday 1/19/13 I received a call from Kimmy @ Patriot Auto stating "I need you to bring $50.00 in today or I will have to Kill it", the Kill Switch on the Van (meaning; It would not be able to start). I told Kimmy I did not have anything until 1/24/13 and she ended the conversation.
Sunday passed and I went to work Monday 1/21/13, I came home with my van, she had not switched it off yet. I called and told Kimmy that I would be by Thursday 1/24/13 to pay my 1/11/13 and 1/25/13 payment.
Tuesday Morning patriot killed the Kill switched to my Van. At 12 noon Kimmy called me to say, they were coming to Repo my van. I had my neighbor park his car bumper to bumper with my van and his other car beside the driver side
Door (boxed in style). I got home at 5pm Tuesday and my van was still there. I road to the corner store with my neighbor at 5:30pm, on the way back, my neighbor said "that looks like your van; someone's driving your van". I said "no way", when we pulled around the corner my van was gone. Patriot had someone get in my van with a key, back it out by the trash can and drive it away.
I called patriot at 5:51pm and told Kimmy I would be in on Thursday with my payment in hand. Kimmy from Patriot then informed me I would need to bring $660.00 because I was being charged a $300.00 dollar repossession fee and I had 10 days to pay it. I am very p@!%!d and I don't know what to do or who to talk too. I just would like to know how can they repo after only being less then twelve days late?!

No star lower, should have negative options. Will not pass inspection if you the work yourself! Rip women off! , no currant business sticker in front window. Complaint filed with state.
Run away. Very unprofessional and their cars are a piece of crap I didn't Eben have my vehicle for a week and it broke down....also they don't fix your car properly....don't look twice at this...
Please never buy a car from them,they are so rude!!! I have a car with them for two months now and while i was driving about two Weeks ago my tire just came off. I need a new rotor and broke hose.Thank God i wasn't on the interstate.they are the worst dealership i truly regret getting a car from there.
The worst car dealership/ business I have ever dealt with. Staff in finance are rude and inconsiderate. It may be easy to get in but I wish I would've waited because I rather walk or take public transportation than to deal with these people.

Rumored to remotely disable cars for customers who don't make payments on time. That sounds like a one star operation to me.
