I took my car to Patrick Buick GMC on 12/1/14 because of a misfire. The car was putting multiple codes out referring to the fuel injectors and such. Of all the parts and pieces in my vehicle the technician comes up with the conclusion that there was water in my tank. Okay, at least I know. Worst Customer Service

My vehicle was brought in to the service shop for work. The problem was not fixed and a new problem was created in the process. The service department and the owner refused to take any responsibilty for the issues. Cost over 2000 to have nothing fixed. I felt like I was robbed.
