My experience with Dr. Smith was fine. He answered all my questions and explained the procedure. However the office staff left a lot to be desired! the woman at the front desk is RUDE! I absolutely LOVE Dr. Smith and his office Staff... his NP Gina is also very knowledgeable in her field... Dr. Smith has been my GI for over 15 years... I have been a nurse for 21 years and due to the trust that I have in Dr. Smith I recommend him and his Partners to ALL.... The staff is so friendly and works with me on my appointments due to my schedule.... I recommend them to all patients...

Dr Smith is excellent in all respects. Office procedures, however, are inefficient (background information had to be submitted 3 times to 3 different people) and test results are not forthcoming even after 15 days. Patient portal does not work.
