They were great/excellent.

The new medical director set the tone. Unfortunately when you don't appear to be up on your game and talk down to patients (who can read medical research from EVMS's library), probably not going to give good reviews.

The distinct impression is that some doctors trained back in 60's and haven't gotten up on a lot of training since then.

This is our PCP assigned to us by insurance! While most of the physicians and PA's at this location are great, there are 2 in particular that seem very arrogant. My husband and I both sick with same congestion symptoms, he goes here one day and is told its a virus...given a steroid only! I go 2 days later and was given a antibiotic. I am better, and he is still very sick! I call them and ask them to call him in the same prescription and they said he needs to wait another 2 days before they can consider it an infection. We Waited 2 days went there again...

Best urgent care I've ever been to. Love that they do x-rays and have an onsite pharmacy. Only issue is it took awhile to see the doctor.
