Always fast and efficient. Actually received a follow-up call the next day giving me the results after the Radiologist read the xrays.
These people shouldn't even be qualified as doctors. They have no clue what they're doing. Thank goodness I took my son to his primary doctor when they were open the next day for a 2nd opinion. Turns out he didn't have a double ear infection as diagnosed by PT & the primary Doctor immediately took him off the antibiotic. Don't ever waste your time & money at this joke of an establishment!!!
Worst service for a sprained ankle. I had to ask the doctor for the results of my X-rays. They would not give me pain meds or time off from work. They gave me an air brace and no crutches. The nurses were friendly that was the only plus side to the miserable visit I had.
Friendly, comfortable, clean, competent, short wait time when I went (about 3pm on a Sunday). About as good as it gets for an urgent care.
You can be damn sure I won't pay a dime until I turn 26. Why was I not charged my first visit, forced to pay my second one (which got refunded because your billing department sucks), and then I receive another bill from you on my third.
