Patient First

My son was denied service at Patient Fisrt today because they claim I , his mother, have an open balance. I paid the balance owed and some late fees from the bill they sent me. They cashed my check. When I called them, they told me they sent my bill to a collection agency and I owed for the collection agency. I don't owe anything because Patient First cashed my check not the collection agency....

I pulled a back muscle here and was helped pretty quickly and they worked out a way to lower the price since I lacked insurance. Oh and the doctor was hot! Too bad I had my girlfriend with me! I was hoping for a full physical ;-)

I don't understand the discrepancy in care. The Patient First staff have always been wonderful with my son, but it's a completely different story when I'm here on my own. I've been sitting here in a gown for over 45 minutes, coughing up a lung, waiting to be seen or offered a drink of water or anything, …
