They advertise how great they are at insurance work. They repaired my car with already broken equipment. In order for them to replace it now, i have to return the broken one and wait 3-4 weeks for the new part. In the meantime, the car is undriveable. I don't understand, why i can't keep the broken part installed until they receive the new one. Guess he's not willing to put out the money...
