The prices were higher than everywhere else we checked but they were the only company in the Edenton area so I guess they figured they could price gouge people. The scheduled pickup and delivery time was 9:00am and they showed up at 8:15am to pick up the next day when nobody was there so instead of calling when they had our cell number they then charged a $25.00 fee for a extra pickup charge. The punch fountain that as the owner told me was "primed and tested every time we get it back" did not work and they only gave us a partial refund for it.
