Great selection but it to 5 minutes to get the costume and 35 minutes to pay for it. Wow the staff figures they're already at work, no need to be in a hurry.

After waiting line for 10 minutes to get some balloons I took my order to be inflated. Although there was no one else waiting I wS told there was a 20 minute wait. The supposed manager chose to spend 5 minutes giving me a refund instead of inflating the balloons. Does she know anything about customer service ??????? Anyway I got the balloons down the road at the dollar store for half the price!

New location for Party City on University and Pines (next to Red Lobster). They have plenty of supplies for a party you may be having for adults or kids and the store is well kept. Parking here...
