I've been to this location several times and have never been dissapointed. Today I encountered extremely poor customer service and false advertisement. The manager named Rick noticed a line of four customers and did not bother asking an employee to help at the counter. In fact only one employee at the …

Its like every time I walk into a Party City i automatically want to plan a thousand different parties. Very helpful and made the balloon orders quick and easy! everything I needed was there and if it was not they checked the back and had in stock. Would def come here again!

This is a new Party City location. Service is a bit slow now that the store is super busy with Halloween sales. But still a great place to get all your decorations and party accoutrements. Getting ready for Halloween, birthday party's and the big FSU/UM game watching party at my casa!
