I recently went to the Party City in Glen Burnie, Maryland off of Ordinance Road. I had to go there after I left the Party City in Pasadena which was about 15 minutes away. I did not find everything that I wanted at the first location and was directed to the one on Ordinance. The first impression and initial feeling that I got as I entered the store was overwhelming.
