Great guy. Came out for a estimate. He beat all the locals by thousands and I even got a better pad and carpet than the others. I just had a problem with a stain on the carpet that wouldn't come out and two days after a call, him and the rep got it all straightened out and got my carpet replaced in the bedroom. Thanks Parran!
