Hi I moved from IL recently and moved into Bella Solano.
They were aware that I was moving from IL to AZ, upon arriving to AZ my phone calls went unanswered making me have to stay in hotels (costly). when the unprofessional staff finally returns my call for lease signing, nothing is explained to me, such as AZ fees and taxes, nothing was given to me as in copies for agreement of said lease....

The location is close to shopping, the Spectrum Mall, library, park, light rail, buses, restaurants and hospitals. Everything I need is across the street. The community is always very clean, my maintenance request are completed timely, the manager and assistant give great customer service.
