A friend and I had a delicious meal last night. We split a Cesar salad and each had a single crab cake with massed potatoes and asparagus. The crab cake was unusual with a hint of curry and sitting in a delicious sauce perhaps a remolade. No dessert or coffee as we were both fully satisfied with our meals.

I was in Bethany to take my sister out to dinner for a milestone birthday. Went to Parkway and had a delicious meal served in an inviting and elegant atmosphere. Linen tablecloths and napkins. Beautifully mismatched china. Candlelight. Perfect.

Apparently many folks who live in the area, as do we, go there often. We decided to try it also. First we were told that the bar was already reserved - every seat. We have been dining here for years, and it never disappoints. The chef/owner is very talented and there is always something special on her menu. The Blackened Salmon is a favorite. And do not pass on desert....crime brûlée is outstanding.
