Agree with previous post. They have also allowed previous tenants to demolish my home in the thousands and now the previous tenant (who broke their lease) and the mgmt company jave dissapearing off the face of the earth. I own a home that looks like hell and is not suitable for anyone to live in now.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY!!!! If you like being stressed out and never receiving any responses to your emails, then by all means, go with Parker Properties. They never respond to emails or phone calls, and they'll make repairs and bill you without first asking for your opinion in regards to more cost effective materials. I would never recommend this company!!!!
