If I could give them a 0, I would! We drove a 40 mile round trip then waited 3 hours at the Carrollton store. It was jam packed and only 3 employees helping customers and 2 working the cashiers....

My experiences here have been comically bad. We have stopped in several times over the summer and every trip has been a gigantic waste of time, I have had better customer service at the DMV....
