Park North may not be the newest downtown condo building, but it would be hard to find a place at this reasonable of a price in the downtown area. It's well maintained and the pools and gym are nice. I currently rent a one-bedroom, 800 square foot apartment and pay less than $1000, which is much cheaper than any other place across the street for the space. I've lived there for 2 years.
