I could not quite believe that "customers like us are a pleasure," but have truly appreciated the professionalism and patience with which Paramount has handled our common problems. Bob Anderson deserves special credit for reconciling our mutual interests with fairness and good judgment.

What most impressed me was the willingness of everyone of your employees to solve whatever problem arose in a prompt and courteous manner . I know from talking to friends who have done renovations that this attitude is rare and I cannot stress enough how fortunate we were to work with a company with such dedication to customer satisfaction. These people made our home construction a wonderful experience; one that was completed a month ahead of schedule and under budget, but with quality workmanship and professionalism. Not a day goes by that we don't hear a positive comment on the design and construction of our home.
