where to begin the staff here is so rude and disrespectful the walls are paper thin u can hear everything going on above you, my A/C and heater have broken five times in six months and there is never hot water so if you like no sleep and cold showers this is the place for you

my apartment has all of the extras that can be found in a nice apartment.It is very comfortable and can be a nice place to live for a very long time I love the fact it is gated community. When there is a problem it is taken care of immediately, and the staff is very nice and helpful.

Numerous defects were found upon move-in. Bathroom sink and tub were severely clogged with hair, kitchen garbage disposal and dish washer leaked severel. Washer/dryer water pump was failing making an extremely loud noise that could be heard vividly from outside. My particular apartment also had an extreme roach infestation. This place is really close to the airport so if you like planes this is the way to go. The staff are rude and not sufficient in their work. The office never answers the phone but if you walk in, there they are.
Lots of noise and always homeless people in the trash looking for metals or other things. Poor property in terms of looks and upkeep. TONS OF KIDS RUNNING AROUND.
