I was reading the review submitted by Misty in Hopewell, VA and I don't think we are speaking of the same agency. Everytime I call in for service or to ask a question, I get nothing but smiles that you can hear through the phone. If they don't know the answer to a question, they always get it and get back with me in a timely fashion.

The worst customer service ever. When we choose to change agents due to their incompetence, the woman who answered the phone was nasty and blamed us for their mistake.
