This is the worst Panera Bread ever. The manager and the staff need to learn customer service skills. I have never walked out of a restaurant due to staff mocking and laughing at a customer before now. I won't be back. I love there food and don't mind paying more for a salad. That being said the customer service at this location is horrible. There order takers are more interested in talking to one another then asking how they can help me. Today made three different trip here and all with lackluster results. So I'm assuming it's not someone having a off day they are just don't care about there customers.

Im not sure what has happened to the willow lawn panera, but they have continually gone down hill over the last few months.... the steak and cheese breakfast bagel normally has several slices of beef for example, and the one I received today had one and a half slices... which is a joke for the price you pay. Would not recommend this location anymore.
