I understand the saving of food cost but should not be a the cost of losing customers. Service and food are normally outstanding.

It was absolutely horrid. I had better food on an aircraft carrier at sea for two months without pulling into port. Quality was awful, especially for the price. I was insulted that I paid an upcharge on substandard food!!!

The staff in this particular branch are not friendly at all. They have the smirk in their faces. One of the manager I asked if she can place my order on a plate instead of a bowl, i wasnt asking the plate serving, i just want my bowl order to be place on a plate because I ordered to go andni dont want it to be all over the place, the manager said we cant do that.
