We were devastated when this accident happened to our customer Christine. It was not intentional and we have renovated the business to make absolute sure that an occurrence like this would never happen again. We don't usual coop up the dogs in a cage. We have them wait in a play area with 2 doors and raised the walls to be more secure. We will keep the pet in a cage only if customer asks us to. What happened was awful and although you can never put a price on your pet, we did reimburse the value that she paid for her dog. New customers do not have to hesitate to bring your pet. We are very professional animal loving people that regret the mistake that was made and have taken precautionary measures to make sure it would not be a repeat occurrence.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET THERE. THE STAFF IS COMPLETELY NEGLIGENT AND THEY KILLED MY DOG! Taking your pet there is taking a gamble with thier life. MY DOG WAS HIT BY A CAR becasue the didnt have the common sense to put him in a cage. I am devisated and no one should have to go through what I have. THEY SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED WITH ANYONES PETS!!!
