We booked a "hotel room" but got a timeshare sales vacation instead.
The first day we spent Four Hours being harassed to buy a timeshare at this facility. The high pressure sales tactics were obnoxious and spoiled our stay.
My advice would be to avoid this place entirely.

We were very happy with the hotel and the staff. Everyone was very accommodating. The parking valets were wonderful. There was a clean gym, a nice restaurant, entertainment every night and even a washer and dryer.

Nice timeshare on beach

The room had a parking lot view with a side view of the beach, but was over the restaurant vents. Even so, a nice view for a rental. The vent noise was not bothersome. Pool area could have been quieter- blaring karaoke music all afternoon. DO NOT ACCEPT TIMESHARE OFFER! These people are relentless, and it takes 2 1/2 hours of your vacation time even though they say there is no time commitment....

Hotel not accommodating to request and show very little concern or care for guest if not a villa owner. Hotel is right on the beach and keep the pool at a comfortable temperature.

Came here for a few days since we used the points from a friend. We were please with the service and we loved the restaurant downstairs. Make sure you go to the islander grill and tiki bar and if you go to the beach they serve food and drinks there too.

This lovely hotel can be found in Singer Island. This hotel offers a total of 260 accommodation units. Those who dislike animals may enjoy their stay, as this establishment does not allow pets.
