Help us make it rightBuilt in 1989, the Pagoda was a gift to the City of Norfolk from the Taiwanese Government. The building serves as both an event venue and as a restaurant with a menu featuring many Asian-inspired dishes and locally-sourced ingredients. The gardens are serene and picturesque, with both Asian and local flora. The garden also contains one of the largest koi ponds in Virginia.
A serene oasis in an urban space. Stroll the walkways of the gardens an experience peace and tranquility. The Pagoda features a restaurant with a spectacular view of the Oriental garden, the USS Wisconsin, and the sunsets over the Elizabeth River.
