I got my first PT Armor Outer Carrier 6 years ago and it's still going strong even after the mandatory ballistic panel replacement at 5 years. Twice the carrier has needed minor repairs and PT Armor repaired it on the spot at no charge. Awesome customer service!!!

I ordered a vest from this company which was custom made to fit. Little did I know that the vest was going to be so bulky and heavy. I wore it 5 times and I can't wear it again. It's uncomfortable, it doesn't conform, and the mesh they use as a zest carrier is very irritating to say the least. When I asked the rep about a return I was told that it wasn't happening because I wore the vest. What...
