This people do not demonstrate high professional standards. I would recommend to use another shop if you need a PC repair.
I phoned this place because the battery of my toshiba laptop was not charging when the cord was pluged in. They said that they didnot have the ac adaptors for my model but they could have a look at the laptop and see if I really need a new adaptor.
So I came and they checked the voltage on my old AC adaptor and found that it (adaptor) was broken. This is all they did for the flat fee of $49.99.
As soon as I agreed to pay the flat fee a suitable AC adaptor for my model...
I brought my laptop on May 6 and was promised it would be finished in 5 days. It took them 5 days for them to find out what was wrong they claimed. They then claimed got a new one but it was defective and would order another After 2 weeks with me calling every other day to find out what was happening they still could not even tell me where part was and here on june first i picked it up as they still had no idea when or if part was coming . They then charged me for service even though they did not get it fixed, and Dell tells me they were wrong about what was wrong as well as there main competation They made promises that were not kept, and were going to charge me for a part i did not need it sounds like. when i asked for owner was told he was out of country on vacation. The manager there could not see what bad service he had given me and when I called other stores in their chain asking about if they got wrong thing when saying what was wrong did they stand behind their work was told they are not wrong. I have over 25 years of retail experience and would never treat any customer like this and would not have charged since we Pc wharehouse was wrong. I plan to make sure to let as many people in the area know how poor service, manager did not care. I even drove the 30 minutes to get there and plan to stand out there and let others know about poor service. I will be contacting better business and chamber as well
