Yoga on the Beach this morning was the best yoga class I've ever taken with an instructor and other students present. Sue was great and I love that she gave us some challenging pose options! And the sunshine was awesome! Namaste.

Had a wonderful beach yoga session on a Tuesday morning, there were 10 of us from our group and we all loved it! We have some converts for sure! Already planning for next year!
