Our homeowners association contracted with Outdoor Solutions to landscape the entrance to our subdivision. We received 4 holly bushes and 4 rose bushes set on the ground with a pile of dirt dumped on them and some bark mulch for which we paid $1000.00. The ground was not tilled the plants were of a different variety than what was agreed on and the design was not as discussed. Needless to say we...
