We've been going to Otanis for several years now and it's a favorite of my whole family; from my young grandchildren to we grandparents. We celebrate every birthday, good report card, and any other special occasion there. My young grandsons prefer it over Chucky Cheese. It's entertaining and the food is excellent.

Everyone was very nice and plesant. Our waiter seemed new or just way too laid back, though he was very nice. We kept having to find our waiter and one of our appetizers never came and when we asked about it he simply said "oh, you haven't gotten it yet"?
