I generally don't go to O'Riley but it is the closest auto parts store to my house. I went just to buy window washer fluid. Waited 5 minutes to pay while apparently the only person working helped some other customer. Never purchased my items because I got tired of waiting and never acknowledged. I'll drive to Auto Zone from here on out. Even though it's out of the way.

Love the Preston Rd, Frisco location! The manager was so helpful. I wanted an item to use in my Kindergarten classroom and he was so helpful in locating it for me. I really appreciate the great service!
