I visit their hop every weekened. The employees are very friendly, they have many unique types of flowers and great prices!

Please do not waste your time. These people are HIGHLY unprofessional. All the way from the people who pick up the phone down to the delivery drivers. Again, please do not waste your time. They managed to turn what was supposed to be a nice, loving gesture from my significant other into a nightmare. FTD needs to cut loose from these people. They are giving them a horrible name.
