The salon has a great environment and the staff are very professional. I have been to three different salons in the last three years and finally found somewhere that I feel extremely happy with my hair when I walk out the door. I would definitely recommend this salon to all my family and friends !

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS " Salon"...they absolutely DESTROYED my eyebrows and my hair! I asked for the exact same color as my natural color which I already had and she dyed it JET BLACK and got black hair dye all over my face, ears, skin etc....then she waxed my eyebrows and left me with McDonald's arches for eyebrows. I have a very full and black eyebrows that are very easy to wax for everybody else and Stevie wonder could've done a better job on my eyebrows. I have basically three weeks before my eyebrows are going to begin to look normal. right now my hair and face are completely destroyed just in time for the holidays. Her name is Rachel and when I was speaking to the manager about it she came over and decided to sit there and LAUGH while I showed the manager what she had done. she is lucky that I didn't rip her skin off. The manager did not offer to do anything other then re-wax my eyebrows which is ridiculous considering she left me with no eyebrows anyway…my eyebrows are like Kim Kardashian's and are beautiful and now I could count the hairs left where my eyebrows used to be.they should have given me a full refund and instead they offered to do nothing but wax my eyebrows even more. THESE PEOPLE ARE VOID OF TALENT.
Options Hairstyling Inc. is a wonderful salon. The atmosphere is upbeat and full of life. All of the stylists are very friendly and make me feel right at home during my appointment. They are always up to date on the latest styles and trends and I can always count on them to make me look and feel Amazing!! I would definitely recommend this salon to all my family and friends!

My mother and I had the same hair dresser for 18 years. Unfortunately he relocated to florida. We searched hard for a new stylist who could compare with no luck. That was until we happened upon Karen at Option. She is an incredible stylist. My cut and color have never looked so good. Love the atmosphere of the salon as well.
