Travis gave poor customer service

Very poor customer service. After a year we felt force to leave due to a person named Travis who stated he was a manager. Rude to us on two occasions and the last time was rude to. our adult daughter who we bought in to see about joining the gym with us. I guess it doesn't hurt him as he has no owners interest in the gym and gets paid whether they receive our money or not. The sad thing is I can no longer recommend the gym due to his behavior and our friends who joined with us are also cancelling their membership as well. If someone over Travis would like to speak to me please call me at 757-483-2376. It is a shame to have such a nice gym and have one person ruin a experience because he lacks politeness and customer experience skills.
