Never use this company I have a full warranty and they still wanted to skim $200 off of me. Then after the repair the unit stopped working, they claimed I need to pay hundreds more to clean the unit. I will be suiting as the cowardly manager implied I should. He could not even talk to the customer and had his tech do it... if you are a women or not mechanically inclined that management thinks...

They have given us the worst customer service I've in a long time. Installed a "new" heat pump end of December 2013, has frozen up (3) times, now on auxilliary which runs the heat up up tremendously, so far has cost us about $500-600 more, and they make no attempt to assist us in this problem. Will not ever recommend them to anyone.
