One Block West is, without a doubt, the finest restaurant in Winchester. Although it is slightly expensive by Winchester standards, the food and service are well worth the price. We've been here several times and have yet to find anything wrong. The service is always attentive without being intrusive, and the food is a treat. The meal preparation is creative, the presentation is in keeping with the preparation, and it's one of our favorite places in a town that is developing some really nice restaurants. We'll be back--often.
