Very racist and rude.I do not shop here anymore and the midlothian location smells like old stale feet or something there is linguring in the hvac system not to mention if you're black dont waste...

Normally I have never had a issue with Once upon a child but I brought some things for my granddaughter and one of the items feet was cut completely out & i tried to return it. That was a no go...

Their prices for used shoes and coats are OUTRAGEOUS! For USED Nike's--$18. For a USED Rothschild coat --$40! Macy's has them (brand new) on clearance for $17! Some items you can buy brand new...

They are what they call "very strict" when it comes to buying used and gently used children's items, however a Caucasian friend and I have proved that's not really true. So if you have any doubts about your items and an ounce of melanin, I just wouldn't even try. It's not worth hauling your old …
