Was looking for a replacement alarm for an old failing one I had. Tried to call other retailers, only to be told different things about their alarms, one said it would do one thing, the next person said no. I called Cooper at 9pm, and he answered! He explained the types of alarms I could go with, making sure I understood everything. I ending up researching the alarm as he suggested, and called him back 20 mins later and he was able to come out the next day to install it! Very professional, explained everything as he went along, and made sure it was what I wanted before he left. I've not had service like this in a long time!
We purchased a car alarm from a big box store 10+ years ago & it stopped working, leaving our car immobilized and the alarm going off every few minutes. The big box store’s answer? They doubted they could fix it, but we should bring the in!?! We called Cooper Ericson (On-Site Auto Alarms) instead.
Not only did Cooper come to us within the hour but within minutes of his arrival he stopped the alarm from sounding off (to the delight of our grateful neighbors). Instead of trying to sell us a new alarm, he offered to simply disable the old one for the price of a service call. We knew we could trust him right away. After talking with him for a few minutes, we knew we wanted to purchase our next alarm from him and we did. That was several months ago.
When we needed a new sound system last week, Cooper was the only person we thought of. Once again, Cooper came through with a great and reasonably priced system and exceptional on-site service. Cooper is definitely skilled at what he does. His installation is probably the highest quality I've seen. I have had other alarm installations done and they were not the best and in comparison to what Cooper did they were horrible.
If you are looking for someone who is very professional and knows what he is doing and has great alarms ... THIS IS YOUR GUY.

Since 2001 we have had five remote starters installed on our cars. Cooper has done the last two. He offers a very good product and excellent service. I have recommended him to our friends. Randy
They do an outstanding job. I have had Onsite Auto alarms install 2 alarms and 2 stereos. He was able to straighten out the wiring issues of the vehicles and all the equipment works great!!
