Hidden gem with a really great happy hour

Stumbled into this place a couple weeks ago with my girlfriend. For a fine dining place, this restaurant had a really solid, cheap happy hour from 5-7pm. 2 dollar domestics (including Yuengling and Blue Moon) and 3 dollar glasses of wine. Their happy hour apps were all $5 each. We got Escargot, Paella, and Mussels and Fries. All were delicious....
