I am loving my yoga experience at OM yoga. The instructors have been welcoming and very helpful.

The studio is clean and fresh.

Overall I normally love my experience with OM yoga; however I was very disappointed with the quality of the class and knowledge level for a prenatal yoga class I attended on Saturday, January 18th. I understand that the teacher was subbing and she let us know that, but the class included many back bends and had several spinal twists some which were done in a safe manner and others that weren't....

Usually, I only go to class once a week, but when I'm there I always walk away refreshed and accomplished!
