Walked around the store for 20 minutes nobody even asked if i needed help. Horrible store sold me the wrong vacuum hose for an above ground pool needed a inground. went the next day to return it and they gave me a hard time to exchange to the correct one never going back or recommending any one there stay away a bunch of crooks.

I had a linner put in last year. The liner has all sand caught behind it. I called to ask if he could look at it. I was told that if there wasn't any sand that I would be charged . Besides the sand it was all wrinkled. The top rim of my pool was cracked and half the screws were missing. I would recommend that you shop elsewhere

Horrible customer service. They seemed bothered by questions. And if not there to purchase new pool installation they barely give you time of day.
