chipped walls, chipped door, reused everything they possibly could to prevent putting anything custom or new in (reused drain pipe, which is fine, but it didn't line up properly like the old unit, so now its at an angle, possibly defeating the water trap feature- also re-used foam insulation, which would have also been fine except they ripped it so it doesn't cover the pipe in all spots- not...
