They came out to de-winterize the pool, broke the pump housing and fixed it with an old one that they had, claimed the multi-port valve was bad due to a leak and sold me a new one, found out the morons just did not know how to seal a fitting (valve was fine) later. Once they left found a leak in the suction side of the system and had to argue with the owner to get anyone to come back and fix it! Took extra chemicals back to the store that they oversold me and had to wait 2 months for the credit to get back. Worst company I ever dealt with!
Let them do your work and you will find out. Be sure you have a second company in mind to do it after these bums screw it up.
They may have decent supplies, should have, they don't make them. They are not a good company to have do any pool work. Opened my pool last year, broke the pump housing and replaced it with an old one that they had on the truck.
