Do not use Old Virginia Mortgage, I made the mistake of using them and after purchasing my house I started receiving Real Estate Tax bills in the mail. I contacted my Loan Officer who worked up all the papers and asked for assistance but the only assistance he provided me was to disregard the bills. When another one came but this time with interest because it had not been paid still I went back to him and this time he told me to contact the city to get my appraisal adjusted as it was too high.
