The fact this place has cats roaming in the shop is so inviting and wonderful to see. The repair is above and beyond. I was very pleased and happy with the service and timeliness of getting new heels.

Thanks for doing a wonderful job fixing my boots. I've had them for so long and I can't imagine having to ever get rid of them. You guys even managed to make them look semi-new! Thanks again!
