I called a few oil companies on 1-26-11 for a delivery on 1-27-11. It snowed about a foot of snow in South Philadelphia. Tommy Oil I played phone tag with, Dwyer said they could not make it to South Phila, However Oil Patch I called this morning at 6:45, they delivered my oil at 8:15. I was amazed at their promptness and customer service. The delivery man was so friendly he even helped me shovel out my front steps. telling me he had daughter in college, he just made my first oil experience well worth it, glad i'll be in school here for awhile and feel safe with Oil Patch.

I have been using Oil Patch for the past 5 years. They always have the best price and bring my delivery the same day. I've even ran out of oil a few times (oops! ;) and the drivers offer to come in and start my burner. I have never had a bad experience with this company in 5 years and would recommend them to anyone in the Philadelphia area.
This company is terribile, the driver that delivered oil to my home, ripped me off for $300.00! I paid him cash and he marked it as credit card and then my credit card was also charged $300.00[which i now have to dispute with them] basically the driver put my $300.00 cash in his pocket and said that i never gave it to him [ i have dealt with this company for years] when i called the manager, he did not even want to discuss the problem w/me, he said that his driver said that i never gave him cash and he believe's his driver....i believe that i was treated very poor and that they do not know how to conduct business in the proper way! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Most reasonably priced home heating oil in Bucks County! Just can’t beat their incentives. Get your neighbors together and save even more. We just saved 20cents/gallon- 2.29/gallon!! Great service, automatic delivery-Keeping our Holland, PA home warm for years!
Have been using Oil Patch for over 8 years (Glenside, PA.) They have very competitive pricing, 24/7 HUMANS answering the phones, and same day delivery. We have never had a problem or complaint.
We ran out of oil twice this year and they came right out same day. Very fast. Didn't have to wait around all day.
