BEWARE!! Four name changes in two years should tell you something. We've been unable to get toner despite repeated calls -- and repeated promises. A visit to their office found everything in boxes as though they were ready to skip town. It is hard to understand why Sharp continues to list these folks as an authorized dealer.

I have spoken with a number of their clients who have discussed questioned me on what I can do to help them get a new service agreement in place for the equipment that OAS leased to them but is no longer eligle to service. OAS/Empire/ etc... They are now operating underthe name Divinium. Please see the public record below from Department of State.
