DO NOT BUY from this store ! We purchased a expensive wood stove insert and it does not work. They refused to take it back or fix it. We are now stuck with an 800 lb. piece of trash. Poor customer service at best. The customer service manager not only talked down to me but also yelled. If you buy from this store please be aware of the poor to no service you will receive.

We purchased a vermont castings stove from this merchant. The stove has not worked from day one. The customer service was poor at best. They refused to return our money and did not want to fix anything. Bascially we are stuck with an 840 lb. defective product.

We purchased a rather expensive product last year and it did not work. The merchant did not fix the product and refused to take it back. We got nothing but a run around until the product was out of the warranty. We lost all of our money…
