Always a long wait. Maybe I should start going here in the off season I am not sure why my wife loves to come here so much. I go with her more out of tradition than anything else. Been swinging through here since the late 90's.

We love the smoothies at the Ocracoke Coffee Company! Great pastries, too, (and I think the coffee is good, but we're not big coffee drinkers). Our kids love to go here every time and so do the grown ups. Great outdoor space to hang out, too.

We tried coffee here this morning. I had to wait about 30 minutes for my 2 coffees. It was an okay place but nothing spectacular. If you are a dog lover this is your place! We stopped here while riding our bikes around the island. It was crowded but the atmosphere was great. There were Chairs around the outside to enjoy the island atmosphere. We had an iced white chocolate mocha. It was tasty and priced similar (or slightly higher) to their chain coffee store competitor. My only complaint or disappointment were the hours--we were...
